Colon Hydrotherapy is a clean and comfortable treatment that uses a soothing flow of purified warm water that is gently instilled into the colon through a small, disposable, rectal nozzle. We use an FDA registered open system that is only operated by our board certified colon hydrotherapist. This therapy promotes the loosening and elimination of waste as the water gently stimulates the colon’s natural peristaltic action. Your modesty and privacy are maintained at all times.
Clients may experience rapid relief, improved mental clarity, on-going improvement of bowel function, improved hydration, and management of conditions including IBS.

This is a dry heat (no steam) that increases the thermal energy in the joints, muscles and tissues which leads to a deeper and faster sweat. Included in your session is use of the rebounder (mini-trampoline) to help circulate lymph and prime the body for the most effective sauna session as well as chromotherapy (colored light therapy) that can be customized to your needs.
Rinse or wash off in our private shower attached to the same room where you can finish with cooler water for added immune, lymphatic and nervous system benefits.
