Join us for ReNEWed! A Women’s Worship and Wellness Day Retreat - a sacred space to breathe again, rest deeply, and reclaim safety in the presence of God.
Our theme this year is “Reclaiming Safety in an unsafe World”
When a woman reclaims her sense of safety, she can show up more fully as herself, experience God’s presence more intimately, and begin to heal emotionally, mentally, and physically.

*Guided somatic and grounding practices
*Soul Care Stations to: recieve prayer, stretch and reconnect with your body, express yourself creatively through art and media, find a quiet space and rest.

*A loving community of sisters who are on the journey with you.
*A chance to experience Red Light Therapy, PEMF Therapy, or Ion Cleanse Footbath
